I believe that my clients should be treated with consideration and
patience, so I do my best to make myself available.
This means that I return phone calls as soon as possible. I also
set aside time each week for evening appointments to accommodate my
clients’ work schedules.
There are times I am not available when a client calls.
I am happy to say that the people who work for me are
professional and knowledgeable folks who will do their best to help a
client when I am not around.
Even so, no one on my staff is an attorney, which means that I
alone must provide the answer to any client questions that require legal
advice. My staff has been instructed to refer all legal questions to me.
My staff is happy to schedule office appointments whenever a client
needs to see me. I do
however encourage clients to make these appointments in advance so that
we can work out an orderly schedule that treats all of our clients
fairly according to the needs of their case.
Drop-in appointments will only be accommodated if the schedule
permits. It is always best
to call ahead if you want to be sure to see Jane.
